Students of all grades get acquainted with the value and potential of an open, public space, such as the SNFCC, whilst getting inspired and participating in creative activities; they get to know the SNFCC’s architecture, and they create their own urban landscape. Moreover, they edit and publish their own small, handmade magazine, and they experience the power of participation and self-expression by engaging in open discussions at the "Student Agora of the SNFCC".

The Stavros Niarchos Park, a beacon of environmental sustainability and one of the largest green spaces in Athens, encourages students to discover its rich biodiversity and participate in various experiential programs. Students familiarize themselves with different kinds of plants, exploring the process of planting and developing an urban park. They learn how to recycle their own materials transforming them into useful objects, and they explore the human influence on the climate, both globally and locally. Last but not least, they envision, design and “build” the future ecosystems of the city of Athens.
Starting October, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre is staging a major retrospective exhibition dedicated to Jannis Psychopedis and featuring large groups of works which reference, were inspired by, and engage with poets and their poetics. Students discover how painting meets poetry through a series of workshops, inspired by Jiannis Psychopedis works.
