The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) celebrated the National Customer Service Week for the 3rd year, an initiative coordinated in Greece by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS). This week gave the SNFCC Visitors Experience (VE) team the opportunity to offer new experiences to visitors, as well as to the rest of the Organization's staff.
Throughout the week, a new installation welcomed our visitors, inviting them to compose a commemorative poster – the SNFCC's “thank you” to all. The entire staff, as well as SNFCC Members, staffed the front line of service by participating in the "VE for a Day" activity, while they also enjoyed a series of additional events such as games, interactive trainings and speed mentoring sessions. At the same time, corporate clients attended a CX Workshop with best practices from the daily life of the SNFCC, organized exclusively for them at the SNFCC Lighthouse.
The VE team was the 'real life hero' of the week, awarded with the special service award 'Real Life Heroes Award'. Our volunteers had the opportunity to come together at the Volunteers Appreciation Day, an event dedicated to their valuable contribution, and the interest and love they show to the SNFCC every day.
In yet another National Customer Service Week, the entire SNFCC beat to the rhythm of the "VE" team, highlighting the value of service and the team that supports it, through the creation of special experiences, surprises and great proposals - always with a good mood and a warm smile.
