*On 23/10 the activity will take place at the Running Track.

An ancient Chinese martial art evolved into a pleasant and low-intensity form of exercise. Slow, focused movement and deep breathing help to reduce stress and anxiety, while increasing flexibility and balance.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.

For the activities held between 01/10 and 04/10, preregistration starts on Monday 28/09 at 12.00
For the activities held between 05/10 and 11/10, preregistration starts on Friday 02/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 12/10 and 18/10, preregistration starts on Friday 09/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 19/10 and 25/10, preregistration starts on Thursday 15/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 26/10 and 01/11, preregistration starts on Thursday 22/10 at 12.00

 

Participants are advised to be at the event's location 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

 

Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
