Wednesday 03 April 2019 17:00
In April, a new workshop series is being launched, focusing on the history and basic principles of silk-screen printing, in which participants will learn to print on paper and cloth.
April is dedicated to 20th-century silk-screen posters, tracing how silk-screen printing evolved from craft to art. Psychedelic music posters from San Francisco, a protest poster from Paris in May ‘68, illicit movie posters from Havana, all printed using the silk-screen method. Discover them and get a glimpse of this unique art in SNFCC Labs!
