Christmas is always a delightful occasion for people to come together and share special moments around the festive table. SNFCC Members will be doing exactly that, on Tuesday, December 19, at the award-winning Delta Restaurant, in a unique atmosphere, amidst artworks, the bronze sculpted bar, trees that are suspended from the ceiling, and the exquisite view of the Faliro Bay.

This year’s menu has been curated by the team of Dipnosofistirion and chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, and is combined with wine selections that will set the ideal scene for an unforgettable evening. The welcome drink will be presented by Bar Director Aris Chatziantoniou, and the wine pairing by Wine Director Aris Sklavenitis.

The Evening’s Menu & Wine Pairing:

Welcome Drink

1st course:

  • Red mullet ceviche on a crispy Nori leaf with bitter orange, honey from Kythera, vanilla and avocado
  • Accompanied by: Amalia Brut, Moschofilero, Tselepos Wines, Mantineia

2nd course:

  • Fresh tortellini cacio e pepe with wild mushrooms, fresh truffle and aged parmesan
  • Accompanied by: Santorini Assyrtiko, Domaine Sigalas

3rd course:

  • Greek-bred veal fillet, served with smoked eggplant puree, tahini, grilled asparagus, caramelized shallots, and Vinsanto sauce
  • Accompanied by: Xinomavro Reserve Palaia Klimata, Alpha Estate, Amyntaio

Dessert:

  • Pistachio semifreddo with wild blueberries on a crispy biscuit
  • Accompanied by: Muscat Rio Patras, Parparoussis Winery

 

If you are vegetarian or vegan, please check the box in pre-registration form. The restaurant will contact you by phone. The chefs, respecting your dietary choices, will adjust the menu accordingly.

Up to 56 participants, in order of reservation time – For Members and their guest

Upon online registration you will receive a confirmation email by Eventora, you will receive an email with the restaurant's IBAN for the prepayment of the total amount.

* The full amount will be refunded if the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours prior to the event. In all other cases, there will be no refund.

** Participants will be seated at 10 tables of 4 and 2 tables of 8.

Short Bios:

Aris Chatziantoniou

Active in the restaurant industry since 1998, he has led presentations and trainings in more than 30 countries. In recent years, he has been Bar Manager at Dipnosofistirion, Global Ambassador Bartender for Metaxa, and head of bartending training at HotelBrain Academy, a judge in bartending competitions, and creator of MoMix cocktails.

Aris Sklavenitis

Holder of an Oenology degree, he is Advanced Sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, holder of the ASI Sommelier Diploma and that of the Wine & Sommelier Expert course of Genius in Gastronomy.
He is the owner and Head Sommelier of Oinoscent Wine Food Cellar, and founder of
scanforfacts.io and prephylloxera.com. He is a contributor in popular magazines of the Kathimerini group, and Wine Director at Dipnosofistirion.

He has been distinguished as the best Greek Sommelier for 2016, 2019 and 2023, winning the nationwide competition, and will represent Greece in the 2026 Best Sommelier of the World competition.
