A tribute to the Greek jazz scene, the concert series, ‘Jazz Chronicles’ continues on its journey, recommending sounds old and new, funk and classical rhythms, and orchestral and vocal arrangements. ‘Jazz Chronicles’ illustrates different renditions of the free musical idiom in the Greek space and renews its weekly appointment at the SNFCC.
Andreas Polyzogopoulos' first contact with music was at a very young age, when he started playing the guitar. While he initially started playing rock and blues, he was quickly won over by jazz, which he studied in Greece and abroad. After important collaborations with famous artists and distinctions in the music world, in 2014 Andreas Polyzogopoulos created his new group with whom, a year later, he released Annica, an album featuring his compositions.
