We are celebrating this year’s International Archives Day (June 09) with a backstage tour, exclusively for SNFCC Members, of the depositary of Greek letters, the National Library of Greece (NLG).
Tracing the two-century-long history of the NLG and following a route that will take us from the research reading rooms and the manuscripts reading room to the document preservation and digitization labs, SNFCC Members will gain an insider’s perspective on the valuable work performed by the NLG.
The tour will provide yet another opportunity for participants to be informed about the NLG’s transition to the new digital era, as well as about the new services offered by the organization and the way to access and use them.
