Quite often, biases about women as well as their own need for acceptance and meeting their emotional needs, lead them to overexertion and overfunctioning to fill gaps in relationships of all kinds. In this workshop, we explore the role and importance of mindfulness in recognizing behavioral patterns, as well as ways to address “performance anxiety” and free oneself from social expectations.
