HoopDance

Do you love dancing and acrobatics? Hoopdance (dancing with a hula-hoop) is a unique means of expression, exercise and amusement. We learn simple and complex tricks with the hoop, dance and express ourselves creatively. Our goal is to have fun through motion, and to connect with the hoop, with ourselves and with those around us!
