This year, like every other year, despite the unprecedented circumstances, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center welcomed the New Year with a special artistic program in collaboration with the Greek National Opera and a spectacular show of fireworks, reaching out to thousands of people, who celebrated New Year's Eve from home.
Simultaneously, the Dancing Fountains at the Canal offered an unforgettable show with impressive choreographies, while the President of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation(SNF), Andreas Dracopoulos and the employees of the SNFCC; among them Elly Andriopoulou, Chairwoman and Managing Director of the SNFCC, George Koumentakis, Artistic Director of the Greek National Opera and Filippos Tsimpoglou, Director General at the National Library of Greece, addressed their greetings and New Year’s wishes.
