Having hosted its inaugural dance in June in the context of the Dance of the Cranes event, on the night of 5th of September the SNFCC received its first visit by cyclists in the context of the Freeday Cyclists’ first ride around Athens for the 2014-2015 season. Around 1,000 cyclists followed part of the future SNFCC cycling route and stopped by the Visitors Center where they learned about the athletic and family activities that will be hosted at the future Stavros Niarchos Park.
This first visit by cyclists in the context of the Freeday Cyclists event was a truly special event in the series of open events and activities that continue to be organized by the Visitors Center and the Journey to the SNFCC program; we look forward to welcoming the Freeday Cyclists again soon!
