A Fanzine for the SNFCC - SPECIAL EDITION - Εικόνα

Prior to their visit, student groups that wish to do so may prepare a small-scale improvised fanzine on gender inequality, using tools they can find on the SNFCC’s educational web platform SNFCC Class.

Teachers will be able to download printable files, which will guide actively participating students through very simple steps for writing their own magazine.

The purpose of the workshop is to help students come into contact with the nature and culture of fanzines and improvised publications, and allow them to act as writers, photographers, illustrators, and graphic designers. Using both analog and digital media, children are encouraged to examine the issue of gender inequality and capture their experience in a creative way, promoting their point of view through the pages of their very own fanzine.

The improvised magazines will be published by the SNFCC team and delivered to the school groups on April 3, during the WOW Festival, or sent to their school.

Teachers may download the workbook from SNFCC Class.*
Completed material must be sent by teachers via e-mail to schools@snfcc.org by March 27.
* To access the material, you need to register with the SNFCC Class.
