When women are able to exercise leadership, there are gains not just for women and girls but for the whole of society. From experience we see that women policy makers often prioritise issues that benefit the most vulnerable in society and bring more collaborative leadership styles into their respective environments. As such, more women leaders can make a difference for more equal and caring societies.
