This series is inspired by artistic practices of reviving traditional handicrafts, inviting new and future parents to discover the relaxing craft of knitting as a way to tell personal stories during the first year of parenthood.
Movana Chen's paper yarn sculptures and Dave Cole's provocative knitted artworks made of industrial yarns and unconventional needles inspire us to experiment with different types of knitting using unusual materials and yarns.
