In this workshop, using body maps, we will analyze how such phrases and the emotions they provoke are experienced physically. Our goal is to create a safe space where the participating children will reflect on the gender stereotypes embedded in everyday phrases, while also highlighting their experiences and thoughts.

What do we really know about our solar system? In this workshop, we will meet Valentina Tereshkova through experiential STEAM activities. We will build our own solar system, which we will set into orbit through robotics, and experiment by creating moon rocks.

As part of WOW Athens 2024, the embroidery workshop is dedicated to the woman creator of folk art. Using the cross-stitch technique, the symbolic female figure will be captured with needle and thread on canvas. The inspiration for the workshop comes from the significant contribution of women to the preservation of folk art and tradition, not only as a decorative art but also as a tool for expression, communication, and early emancipation.
