Driven by the cultural character of its operation, αs well as being a lively promotion platform of contemporary visual arts, Delta collaborates with ARTWORKS and presents works of Greek artists in the restaurant’s venue. The artworks, apart from being rotated yearly, are also organically integrated in its interior and surrounding spaces. Following the concept of sustainability, we are invited to think of art as part of diverse ecosystems and interdependent interactions.
Istimi: I am real, I am present In this meeting, through the monthly theme of "Discovery", we will discuss the importance of human existence and coexistence. In a world that transforms with an unprecedented speed in the history of mankind, where the climate & geopolitical changes, the Internet and Artificial intelligence are dominant, the ability of human beings to stand, process and choose what, where, when and how they communicate, creates a "net" of relationships through which our world is collectively woven.
Αt this workshop, which is exclusively designed for SNFCC Members, prompted by the exhibition Takis: Cosmos in Motion, the participants will discover in imaginative ways the connection between art and technology, as well as what happens when an artist's experimentation meets the ingenuity of a scientist. What is the connection between a coil and breathing? What is the secret of the screw invention? In this workshop we turn cardboards and sheets into coils and screws, while learning about their symbolism.
