Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) participated for the second consecutive year in the celebration of the National Customer Service Week, from 3 to 8 October 2022, with various activities aiming to highlight the impact of customer service, and reward the people who work daily in visitor service and support!
This year, the SNFCC Visitors Experience (VE) team organized many activities, further strengthening its relationship with visitors, partners, the SNFCC team itself and especially volunteers. The specially designed stands in the lobbies - where we have welcomed millions of visitors from 2016 until today - were once again filled with your own handwritten messages and favorite moments at the SNFCC, creating colorful "memory walls" while guest stories were given their due in SNFCC’s Instagram profile.
SNFCC’s Members had the opportunity to be a part of the VE team for an hour, and to tour SNFCC’s offices. At the same time, Jingle Bells Rock was voted by visitors and selected as the track that will participate in the Christmas choreography of the Fountains, and Strange is "cool", as the most popular educational program that will be repeated during the month.
On Friday 07/10, the Special Award was awarded to SNFCC’s volunteers, who constantly contribute to various activities, with different roles, offering their time and positive attitude. Themed seminars, workshops and training sessions, completed the program of activities curated by the Visitors Experience team for the SNFCC staff, who also had the opportunity to become part of the VE team for one day.
Christina Vasilikou, SNFCC Visitors Experience & Special Events Director, mentioned: "This year at SNFCC, we celebrated once again the National Customer Service Week, offering 7 days full of surprises and creative activities for the visitors and staff of the organization. Our goal was to highlight the value of quality and human-centered service, and especially the role of front-line people, in creating unique experiences and developing a lifelong relationship with our space!"
In Greece, National Customer Service Week is an initiative of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service and is celebrated in the first week of October. This year, the National Customer Service Week set a record for attendance, with more than 95 entries from companies and organizations from all industries, highlighting the value of high service.
