Improve your memory and other mental functions through play and fun. The aim of these activities is mental mobilisation, physical wellbeing, increase in self-confidence and socialisation. In groups of 25-30 people, with the guidance of experienced educators, you take part in games which combine mental and physical exercise as well as psychological mobilisation. The program is designed for men and women over 65 years of age who want to remain healthy and active! Not to forget that the combination of mental and physical activity contributes decisively to the prevention of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
