The Lent season, rich in flavors, savors and Spring aromas, has a unique gastronomic character and appeal due to fasting. In this workshop, we will wed fine wines from Ktima Biblia Chora with favorite Lent recipes, like condiments and cold appetizers with handmade bread by Betty's Bakery.
The wine presentation will be curated by sommelier Socrates Vrakas, who represents Gerovassiliou, Vivlia Chora, Dio Ipsi and Mikro Ktima Titos Estates.

The delicacies will be served with a variety of handmade bread, olives, and seasonal vegetables in sticks.
All of the above are not included in the current menu of Canal Café.
