Self-defense for women

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in collaboration with Regeneration and Progress hold a series of self-defense workshops for women.

In these stand-alone workshops, participants will have the opportunity to become familiar with the three main pillars of self-defense, theory, empowerment and application.
