For the past four years, the holiday period has been connected, in the minds of most Athenians, with endless strolls around the festively bedecked and lit up SNFCC. This year, with the pandemic imposing a different set of conditions, it is important that we all remember to keep to the protection measures and work together to ensure our visit to the SNFCC is safe for ourselves and our fellow visitors, so that we can all enjoy the experience without risk to our health.
· It is best to avoid visiting the SNFCC at peak times (holidays and weekends from midday onwards).
· Always wear your mask correctly in all indoor and outdoor areas of the SNFCC and maintain safety distances.
· Move in small groups of 2-3 people and avoid overcrowding.
· Follow the guidelines of the staff at the Stavros Niarchos Park and stationed at various points around the SNFCC.
· Do not linger on steps or benches.
· The operation of the Fountains at the Canal is temporarily suspended in the afternoon hours of each day, in order to prevent overcrowding.
