The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) participated for the first time in the celebration of the Hellenic Customer Service Week, from 4 to 9 October 2021, aiming to highlight the impact of customer service, and reward the people who work daily in customer service and support - or in the case of the SNFCC, in visitor services!
Throughout the week, the SNFCC Visitors Experience (VE) team organized a number of activities, further strengthening its relationship with visitors, partners and the SNFCC team itself. From Monday to Sunday, the Receptions - where the Visitors Experience team has welcomed millions of visitors since the SNFCC opened its doors to the public, from 2016 until today - were filled with your own handwritten messages and favorite moments at the SNFCC, creating two "memory walls". Themed seminars, workshops, training sessions and a series of posters which reflect on the meaning of service, created by SNFCC interns, completed the program of activities curated by the Visitors Experience team for the SNFCC staff, who also had the opportunity to become part of the VE team for one day.
Christina Vasilikou, SNFCC Visitors Experience Director, mentioned: “This year, the SNFCC team celebrated the Hellenic Customer Service Week for the first time, with creative activitites that highlight the vital importance of service in the creation of unique experiences for our visitors. On the occasion of the Hellenic Customer Service Week, the visitors gifted us with their most beautiful memories from the SNFCC and we, as always, reciprocated the gesture with our brightest smiles, even behind our masks".
In Greece, the Hellenic Customer Service Week is an initiative of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service and is celebrated in the first week of October. This year, the Hellenic Customer Service Week set a record for attendance, with more than 95 entries from companies and organizations from all industries, highlighting the value of high service. At the same time, Customer Service Week is celebrated internationally in more than 60 countries.
Thank you for embracing the SNFCC from its first day of operation, for helping us to become better through your suggestions and for creating your own unique memories here.
