A team of "K" magazine of KATHIMERINI attended the rehearsals of a new ambitious music project which will take place at the highest point of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Energy Canopy, 47 meters above sea level. The project is a concert by the distinguished composer Dimitris Kamarotos and the mezzo-soprano Anna Pangalou. It will reach its digital audience on May 16 at 20.00, being a part of the #snfccAtHome program, which in its great majority consists of entirely new productions.

"K" magazine's tribute includes a statement by the Managing Director of the SNFCC, Nikos Manolopoulos, about the #snfccAtHome online events program, saying:

"Within a few weeks, we have developed a completely new program of digital events and activities in order to offer, as much as possible, these events and activities, as well as the experience of the SNFCC, to our audience online. This program is still unfolding. Last week it was presented in its full form and will be further enriched. Even we were impressed by the response of the public. Since the first week of May, more than 400,000 people per week watch our live events without an audience, and new entertaining and educational programs on our digital platforms [...] We had the opportunity to implement this program thanks to the large events programming donation of 5 million euros per year of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. We owe deep gratitude to the SNF and especially to its Co-President Andreas Dracopoulos."

The impressive photos are by photographer Yiorgis Yerolympos.

The magazine's tribute will soon be available online.
