Announcement for the modification of the SNFCC events schedule - Εικόνα

Following the governmental announcements, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) is modifying its events schedule as follows:

  1. The concert of the Philip Glass Ensemble, which was scheduled for Monday March 30th, is cancelled.
  2. The concert Jazz Chronicles: Koutsonanos & Gayer Duet, which was scheduled for Sunday March 15th, is cancelled.
  3. The concert Jazz Chronicles: Michalis Katachanas Quintet, which was scheduled for Sunday March 29th, is cancelled.
  4. The event Parabases: Sarah Kane - 4.48 Psychosis, which was scheduled for Sunday March 22nd, is suspended until further notice.
  5. For the protection of vulnerable groups, the following programs, offered to senior visitors, are cancelled for four weeks as of today March 10th:
  • Computer Courses for persons aged 65+
  • Sports for Seniors
  • Fitness and Memory

Furthermore, the number of participants at the SNFCC educational workshops are reduced to half, from the initial number announced.

Additionally, the number of visitors who can participate in the SNFCC tours are restricted to 10 people per tour.

We would like to highlight that protection measures for the Coronavirus’s prevention have been taken at the SNFCC, such as the disposal of antiseptic gel, the frequent disinfection of surfaces and objects of common use, the wider dispersal of tables at indoors food & beverage outlets, in order to keep them one meter afar.

We are closely monitoring the updates and we are alert for further schedule modifications that might be required, should the circumstances arise.
