Registration and Membership of SNFCC
SNFCC Single Member S.A. reserves the right to contact applicants by telephone or in person to verify their personal details and to request the presentation of an identification card or other equivalent official document (e.g., passport).
It is strictly forbidden for a SNFCC Member to lend or assign the use of the Membership Card to any third party. SNFCC Members are required to present, whenever requested, their Membership Card as well as their identity card or other official identification document in order to be able to make use of the Membership privileges made available to them.
The payment methods of the subscription are the following:In case the subscription to the Members Program or the renewal of an existing one takes place at the cashiers of SNFCC, the payment may be made either in cash or via a debit or credit card.
In case the subscription to the Members Program or the renewal of an existing one, takes place via the SNFCC website, the payment should be completed using a debit or credit card.
SNFCC will collect and process the personal data of the applicant and, in case of family membership, the personal data of his/her family members included in the registration application, in order to issue the Membership Card, to provide the SNFCC Membership Program’s benefits and generally to operate the SNFCC Membership Program in accordance with the Law (briefly mentioning the GDPR policy 679/2016/EU) and the applicable policies and regulations of SNFCC Single Member S.A. Also, upon submission of the registration for as long as the membership lasts and up to five (5) years after its expiration, SNFCC Single Member S.A. will use the applicant’s contact details to communicate with him/her via email, sms, postal mail and telephone regarding the SNFCC events of the Membership Program and aim for the participation of the members in them. SNFCC Single Member S.A. will also inform the SNFCC Member, after his/her approval, regarding the events and actions taken through SNFCC Single Members S.A.’s social media platforms (eg. Facebook).
If the duration of the registration’s duration approaches expiry, SNFCC reserves the right to send a reminder to the SNFCC Member for the renewal of the membership based on its legitimate interest and article 11 paragraph 3 of Law No. 3471 /2006 as in force. A reminder will be sent in writing or electronically by any appropriate means, such as by e-mail, sms, postal letter, message to the SNFCC Member's social media account through SNFCC Single Member S.A. account and telephone. Each such message will include an option to object to the sending of the relevant reminder, and each SNFCC Member has the right to object to it at any time by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer of the Organization: dpo@snfcc.org.SNFCC Single Member S.A. will not disclose the above data to any third party, except for companies that provide services related to the operation of the SNFCC Membership Program (e.g. advertising companies), which will manage the personal data on behalf of and on the instructions of SNFCC Single Member S.A. without any right to use them for their own benefit. SNFCC Single Member S.A. will keep the Member's personal data for the duration of the Membership, and up to five (5) years after its expiration in accordance with the applicable legislation. In any case, SNFCC Members may at any time exercise their right to access to their personal data. In addition, the SNFCC Member has the right to request rectification of their personal data, as well as if the conditions of the law are met, to exercise the rights of erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. SNFCC Members may withdraw their consent to receive e-mails, without however affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was based on it before its withdrawal. SNFCC Member also have the right to lodge a complaint before the competent Supervisory Authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1 Kifissias Ave., Athens, 115 23, complaints@dpa.gr).
