*From 15-29/11 the activity Yoga in the Park will take place at the Running Track, due to maintance work at the Great Lawn.

If we were to describe yoga in three words, they would be “physical and spiritual wellbeing”. Under the guidance of experienced fitness professionals and through a series of postures and breathing techniques, we strengthen our body, improve our balance, and enhance our concentration and relaxation.

Practitioners are requested to wear comfortable clothing and bring along their own yoga mat.

For adults
Up to 30 participants

Free admission, on a first-come first-served basis.

Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
