Ελληνική Γαστρονομία

Two lectures followed by open discussions on one of the most authentic elements of Greek culture. A journey through aspects of cultural, social and economic history by means of one of the most direct and common modes of human communication – gastronomy.

Chef Gogo Delogianni invites SNFCC audiences to two meetings focusing on the unique gastronomical customs of Greece associated with the Carnival season, Clean Monday and Lent.

Design–Implementation: Gogo Delogianni, Chef

Gogo Delogianni originates from two small villages: Neo Iraio in Argos and Rizovouni in Preveza. She studied law in Komotini and worked as a lawyer for eight years before embarking on a major life change. For four years now, she has been a professional cook. She loves cooking for everyone in the same way she would cook for her loved ones – preparing food just like it might have been served on a favorite Sunday table, food to look forward to after a hard day.
