Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, enhances the practitioners’ inner peace and strength, improves their balance, and reduces stress. All movements are circular and continuous, with gentle transitions, and accompanied by deep, mindful breathing.

RUNNING TRACK
For adults Up to 30 participants Free admission, on a first-come first-served basis.
*Learning the 24-movement form of the Yang Tai-Chi style for beginners is taught step by step, with an emphasis on cultivating the basic skills needed to understand each movement. The movements are taught gradually while first practicing the different types of gait and each movement statically. Next, we proceed to composition of hand and foot techniques. The program is suitable for practitioners of all ages and contributes to relaxation, coordination, balance and concentration.
