Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, enhances the practitioners’ inner peace and strength, improves their balance, and reduces stress. All movements are circular and continuous, with gentle transitions, and accompanied by deep, mindful breathing.

For the activities held between 12/10 and 18/10, preregistration starts on Friday 09/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 19/10 and 25/10, preregistration starts on Thursday 15/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 26/10 and 01/11, preregistration starts on Thursday 22/10 at 12.00

 

Participants are advised to be at the event's location 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

 

Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
