Reading Club: Children’s Literature | If you come to Earth - Εικόνα

Our Reading Club for young book lovers continues online in May, hosted by the author Tasoula Eptakoili.

The book that will inspire this month’s meeting is If you come to Earth by Sophie Blackall

Each month, thirty members between 7 and 10 years old get together to discover a new book! Our little readers will have the chance to share their impressions, feelings and thoughts, as well as to travel, using their imagination as the vehicle and the book of the month as their launch pad, into the exciting worlds that spring up from its pages.

The book and its author

“If you come to Earth, there are a few things you need to know. . .
We live in all kinds of places.
In all kinds of homes.
In all kinds of families.
Each of us is different.
And, together, we share one beautiful planet.
It’s the only one we have, so we need to look after it.
And each other…”

A child’s letter to an alien, about planet Earth and mankind. A book of knowledge that illustrates the beauty of our planet’s diversity.
