Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice aimed at improving physical health through slow, gentle movements and controlled breathing. It is recommended for people aged 50 and over, as it enhances balance and inner peace, while improving the coordination of physical movements and breathing.

Participants are advised to be at the event's location 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.
For their entrance at the venue, participants aged 17 and under must demonstrate, a self-test of negative result (of at least one week). While for participants18 years and older it is necessary to demonstrate a negative rapid test or PCR of at least a week. No Covid-19 test (PCR, rapid, self test) is required for holders of a valid vaccination certificate or a certificate of recovery valid for 2 to 6 months after the initial positive result.
For all cases of an official document demonstration, a parallel identity check of the holder will be carried out.
The use of face mask and social distancing measures are mandatory in indoor and outdoor areas of the SNFCC, in accordance with Hellenic National Public Health Organization regulations.
Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
