A dynamic course of interval training, designed in posts, based on strengthening and balance exercises as well as on improvement of the aerobic abilities. The activity emphasizes on the flow and rapid rotation of the exercises, aiming at strengthening the muscles and enhancing the strength endurance through a pleasant and entertaining sequence of exercises.
*Participants should wear sportswear.
