The aim of the SNFCC’s new sports’ activity, Exercise and Health, is to promote physical exercise as a means of prevention and healing. Participants, guided by specialized Physical Education instructors from the Center for Sports Excellence, will have the opportunity to attend a program of aerobic exercise, aimed at improving their general fitness, mobility and functionality, and alleviating various symptoms, such as pain, limited range of movement and imbalance, through movements of the body.

For the activities held between 01/10 and 04/10, preregistration starts on Monday 28/09 at 12.00
For the activities held between 05/10 and 11/10, preregistration starts on Friday 02/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 12/10 and 18/10, preregistration starts on Friday 09/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 19/10 and 25/10, preregistration starts on Thursday 15/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 26/10 and 01/11, preregistration starts on Thursday 22/10 at 12.00
All participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Children should always be accompanied by parents or adult chaperones, who should stay outside the activity area for as long as the activity lasts.
Use of soccer shoes with plastic plugs is not allowed.
Participants are advised to be at the event's location 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.
Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
