Our summer diet should include sufficient quantities of fruit, since, in addition to their pleasant taste, they hydrate the body thanks to their high water content, while being highly beneficial to our health. This workshop traces their roots and journeys alongside humans in the Mediterranean. We learn to care for them, the importance of the soil for a good production, as well as about the enemies and friends that surround them, and get growing tips.
