A creative way to keep in shape, Pilates helps us to maintain correct body posture and improves flexibility, strength, elasticity and balance. In addition to strengthening the body’s core, Pilates exercises help improve mood, reduce fatigue symptoms and eliminate stress. Suitable for men and women of all ages, practice takes place on a mat, using props, such as rings, resistance bands and balls.
