HR Awards 2022 - Silver Award for the SNFCC in the category “Equity & Social Protection in the Workplace”

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) was awarded a Silver Award in the Equity & Social Protection in the Workplace category of the 2022 HR Awards.

The HR Awards, organized for the eighth year by Boussias Communications, reward the achievements and good practices of companies, organizations and their teams in the core capital that is human resources.

The SNFCC’s candidacy concerned the exemplary function of the organization as a constant proponent and agent of the concepts of inclusion, equity, absolute respect and social protection for all workers, not only within but also outside the working environment.

More specifically, the awarding of the SNFCC highlighted the fact that, ever since its conception, design, construction and full operation, the SNFCC has integrated inclusion, equity and social protection as concepts that are embedded in its DNA, essentially constituting its vision. Offering equal opportunities to all, without making any discrimination based on sex, race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, religion or disability, the SNFCC is a place that is open and fully accessible to all and, at the same time, an employer who treats all its employees with social equity and respect.

The award is an achievement of the entire staff of each and every department of the SNFCC, all of whom contribute significantly to the organization staying true to its vision while adapting and responding to the diverse needs of each individual personality.
