In the first Members’ Meetup of 2023, we join a team and play a game of Blind Smelling, hosted by Pavlos Happilos. Our sense of smell will help past memories unfold and, at the same time, provide us with new tools and knowledge with which to identify Mediterranean herbs and spices!
At the end of the workshop, privy to the secrets and tips from our chef, we will have learned ways to create our own blends of herbs and spices!
