Athens Photo World is presenting for the third year at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center the annual exhibition World Press Photo, featuring the photographs to be distinguished in the international photojournalism and documentary competition.
Athens Photo World is also organizing, for the fourth consecutive year, the cash prize competitions it established in 2019.
The Yannis Behrakis International Photojournalism Award (#YBIPA) and the Athens Photo World Award (#APWA) prizes will be awarded at a special event to be held at the SNFCC Lighthouse.
Building on its successful endeavor of the years 2019 and 2021, Athens Photo World 2022 is also holding a teens workshop for students from all over Greece who love photography and wish to enroll.
The central theme and title of the exhibition is “Humans and the Environment”.
